Background
I’m Raz, a freelance digital product and website designer based in London, with over a decade of experience creating practical, thoughtful design solutions.

Most recently, I worked at TELUS Health, part of Canada’s largest communications company. The team delivered virtual care to over 1 million patients across Canada, helping people access healthcare more easily from wherever they were.
Before that, I worked at Manual, a Series A startup focused on helping men improve their health and lifestyle. I led research and product design across key customer journeys, from understanding user problems through to shaping the product experience.
Before Manual, I was the first design hire at CharityJob, the UK’s leading job board for the third sector. I helped shape the platform’s design and improve the recruitment experience for charities, recruiters and candidates.
Over the years, I’ve worked across small businesses, startups and larger companies. I also build my own projects on the side. One of them, Tippy Money, started as a weekend project, gained traction on social media and was acquired a few months later.

Interests
In my free time, I like to get my hands dirty with DIY — whether that’s removing a door and framing up a new wall, building a built-in cupboard, or figuring out how something works by giving it a go myself. I enjoy the process of learning through doing, making mistakes, and slowly turning an idea into something useful.
